Ingredients

Too thick? Less pectin. Too thin? More pectin.

Too tart? Use less citric acid.

Method

  1. Mix the maltodextrin, fructose, and pectin together.
  2. Boil water.
  3. Dissolve citric acid in water.
  4. Add sugars/pectin mixture slowly to avoid clumping while whisking.
  5. Allow to cool before transferring to container.
  6. Refrigerate overnight.

Package in a Hydrapak Gel Flask or a reusable baby food pouch.
