Too tart? Use less citric acid.
Method
- Mix the maltodextrin, fructose, and pectin together.
- Boil water.
- Dissolve citric acid in water.
- Add sugars/pectin mixture slowly to avoid clumping while whisking.
- Allow to cool before transferring to container.
- Refrigerate overnight.
Package in a Hydrapak Gel Flask or a reusable baby food pouch.
